SYR

Scot Young Research (SYR) is a multi-national firm based in the United States. The company is very much focused on innovation, safety and quality of the necessary tools to keep businesses clean. As such, SYR supplies to brands in the catering trade, such as McDonald's and Burger King, where regularly used floor and worktop surfaces must be maintained to a high standard. SYR began operating in 1954 and was founded by Scot Young who began as a window cleaner before innovating and manufacturing a wide range of cleaning solutions. SYR got the stamp of approval from the Queen after recieving the Queens Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2002, after the company had been recognised for its achevements as well as their products being used by the NHS contributing to the safety of the public.
