Krampouz

Since 1949, Krampouz have been making their range of high-quality commercial crepe makers and hot sauce dispensers, all designed and manufactured from their base in France. The optimum heat distribution, impressive temperature stability, and a top-quality cooking surface enable you to produce the perfect pancake. A smooth welded frame on Krampouz’s crepe makers also allows for easy cleaning, while the cast iron griddle improves durability and protects the appliance from splashes. Prior to the crepe makers entering the market in 1949, electrician Jean-Marie Bosser was asked by his sister-in-law to make a gas portable stove to make her pancakes with, as her home lacked the fireplace for cast iron plates, originally used to make pancakes. Impressed by his prototype, Jean-Marie Bosser entered the market of gas stove crepe makers and by 1953 the Krampouz brand was created.
