Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and delivered by 2 helpful friendly guys would recommend this company 5 star

Delivery drivers should have trolleys to deliver goods and not rely on customers to provide them

We are still awaiting delivery!

Very helpful ,out of stock when ordered but arrived before expected arrival date.

Quick and easy staff helpful

Prices usually cheapest, Delivery excellent.

Brilliant company to deal with, very competitive pricing and very prompt delivery service.
5 Star all round

I can only comment on the customer relations as I did not take delivery of a paid for item. I had to cancel the order so I contacted the appliance Superstore; there was absolutely no quibbling and I was refunded within minutes of cancelling the order. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

1st class service

all ok

Great customer service very nice friendly office staff. Friendly and helpful delivery driver. Very competitive prices, so far so good but I cannot comment on my purchases as I haven’t even plugged them in yet, but they look great. I ordered 2 tall coolers a tall display fridge and a large glass lid display freezer Just waiting for my freezer to be delivered as the one I wanted was out of stock.

Communication was good but I ordered as it stated 2 day delivery. Unfortunately it took 7 days.
Product is very good

All worthy of full stars

Excellant service arrived befor day stated i am very pleased with this product looks great

I only gave 3 stars for customer service as I never received an email or text confirming the item had been dispatched and when it would arrive. It was only by chance that I was at my business address at the time of the arrival!!

The first goods received were faulty and were sent back, and replaced.
The second one we received was also faulty and waiting for this to be solved

I bought a freezer from this company and all went well with the order. However the delivery by their chosen courier was wholly unsatisfactory. The freezer didn't arrive on the allocated day and I tried 20 times to contact the courier unsuccessfully. The staff at Catering Appliances were extremely helpful and pleasant but were unable to contact the courier either. The freezer arrived 2 days later.

prompt delivery, all good

Quick delivery and good packing. Very useful site

Spot on

Thank you

Excellent delivery and service

I still haven’t received notification of delivery despite having paid over 10 days ago. Not good enough.

Arrived on time and in good condition - all service was online.

item arrived a bit later than expected but otherwise value for money

Very happy with my purchase

Spot on delivery timing and friendly customer service.

Friendly & communicative . Great price

Good quality, fast delivery.

We initially ordered a commercial upright fridge from another supplier, who ensured me it is in stock. However, after the weekend I was told the item is not in stock and they cannot help me. When we rang you, the lady that took our call was very helpful and made sure that she provide us only with the information of upright fridges in stock. We got the fridge the following day, Thank you

Happy with the product but package being incorrectly addressed led to an unnecessary delay

The item has not been supplied yet so not sure why you want me to rate the delivery etc., no updates received as yet

Easy,fast .

Order item received it next day

was good

as usual good prices and fast delivery

Very good service

Delivery & customer service were top notch. We actually had an issue out of the box with the piece of equipment we ordered but clearly a manufacturers fault. Problem dealt with very well, replacement arrived quickly and faulty product was picked up at the same time.

good service , just what is expected.

excellent product delivery was speedy very happy with service

Quick service, product as described, great customer service!

Item arrived broken in transit. Reported it 6 days after it arrived but still in box. Customer rep said supplier only can refund / replace if reported within 24 hours.

We didnt unpack item as we were waiting for engineer to install the part.
Seems crazy, that a company wouldnt issue a replacement let alone a refund, after only a week

Very good products, amazing customers service! I have to wait a few extra days for the delivery but soon that I rang they be helpful and sort out the issue. Not the first time that I buy here and definitely not the last!

Didn’t really know what I was buying so called to discuss, the lady (Lorraine I think her name was) was extremely helpful and knowledgable , I am delighted with the purchase and it saves us so much time ( Hobart glass washer )

Great product and service. Thank you

Catering Appliances Superstore have yet again provided us with a great service. Item arrived within 24 hrs of ordering, great prices as well.

Good sealer fast delivery

Absolutely fantastic communication and customer service. The apron I ordered was expected to have a delayed delivery, so they got in touch with me right away to ask if I wanted to proceed with the order. Even with me proceeding with the order, the apron had no delay anyway and was with me within two days. Very impressed and would happily buy from Catering Appliance Superstore again as a result!

havent used it yet but looks really good
