At Catering Appliance Superstore we do everything we can to ensure the best service but rather than take our word for it. We have partnered with the independant service Feefo to gather reviews from real customers so you can see what other people who have used our service think.
We have recently changed our third party review provider. We are displaying all possible reviews so you can get the best picture of what our customers say.

very good company and people i only give 3 stars because of very late delivery of few items (water boiler while was in stock )
Thank you for your feedback, Apologies for the delay with the water boiler, I can see that the boiler was out of stock at initial order and we provided an approx. lead time. Unfortunately these dates are approx. and they can fluctuate which appears to be the case with your order.
Apologies again for an inconvenience caused.

Sorry to hear your only awarded us one star. I have taken a look into your case and can see it looks as thought there was a fault reported with your fryer but we are still awaiting some info from you to complete this warranty call.
If you could reply to the email with the requested info I am sure we can quickly resolve this issue for you.

Great advice, quality product, better priced than elsewhere. Can highly recommend. Our purchase was for household use.
After a debilitating illness from food poisoning, we wouldn't entertain anything less than a professional quality instrument. Spend a few more pounds and get a much better, long lasting professional product than you would find in Lidl.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We look forward to speaking with you next time.
